As you can you can see by the curl of the skin due to spring back it requires tweaking afterwards in the brake to finish. It is a lot of work but I have more time than money.

I am feeding from my left and indexing the previous corrugation in 2nd groove. I found that when I held the sheet in the 2nd groove that the spacing widened. I then tried using my left  hand on the feed side sheet when starting the press it worked perfectly. Creates scrap until you get it right.

Looks great, Steve! Now you got me thinking about doing this myself...... hhmmmmm more tools.

Another use for a press like this would be making the round fairings for the fuel tank outlets. I made mine with fiber glass but it would be easy to punch them out from soft aluminum. The press is available from Harbor Freight for a pretty reasonable price. The forms could be turned out on a lathe using cherry or maple wood.
